Ponudnik uporabniku vrne vsa opravljena pla\u010dila v zvezi s pogodbo najkasneje v 30-ih dneh po prejemu sporo\u010dila o odstopu od pogodbe. \u010ce je potro\u0161nik blago \u017ee prejel in od pogodbe odstopi, mora blago v originalni embala\u017ei, nerabljeno, nepo\u0161kodovano in v nespremenjeni koli\u010dini odposlati ponudniku v 30-ih dneh po sporo\u010dilu iz prej\u0161njega odstavka, razen \u010de je blago uni\u010deno, pokvarjeno, izgubljeno ali se je njegova koli\u010dina zmanj\u0161ala, ne da bi bil za to kriv uporabnik.<br \/>\nUporabnik sme opraviti ogled in preizkus artiklov v obsegu, kot je to nujno potrebno za ugotovitev dejanskega stanja. Kljub temu pa se lahko lastnosti artiklov, rok dobave ali cena spremenijo tako hitro, da ponudnik ne uspe popraviti podatkov na spletnih straneh. V takem primeru, bo uporabnik obve\u0161\u010den o spremembah in mu omogo\u010dil odstop od pogodbe ali zamenjavo naro\u010denega artikla.<br \/>\nPonudnik ima mo\u017enost odstopa od pogodbe le, \u010de se ugotovi o\u010ditna napaka (46. \u010dlen OZ). Kot o\u010ditna napaka se \u0161teje napaka v bistvenih lastnostih artikla in vse zmote, ki se po obi\u010dajih v trgovini ali po namenu strank \u0161tejejo za odlo\u010dilne ter jih ponudnik v primeru vednosti ne bi potrdil oziroma sklenil pogodbe. To vklju\u010duje tudi o\u010ditne napake v ceni.<br \/>\nV primeru tehni\u010dnih te\u017eav na spletni strani si ponudnik pridru\u017euje pravico preklicati oddana naro\u010dila, katere je tehni\u010dna napaka prizadela in ponudnika v razmerju z uporabnikom iz tega naslova ne bremeni kakr\u0161no koli popla\u010dilo morebitne \u0161kode. V primeru preklica naro\u010dil bo uporabnik obve\u0161\u010den v najkraj\u0161em mo\u017enem \u010dasu in vas seznanili z nadaljnjimi koraki.<\/p>\n<p>Ponudnik tudi ne odgovarja za \u0161kodo, ki utegne nastati na strojni opremi, programski ali drugi opremi uporabnika zaradi uporabe spletne strani. Uporabnik lahko svoje mnenje, prito\u017ebe, reklamacije ali vpra\u0161anja naslovi na info@kupala.si. Za razlago dolo\u010db teh pogojev se uporablja pravo Republike Slovenije ter slovenski jezik.<\/p>\n<p>S to Politiko zasebnosti podjetje Kupala Nata\u0161a Regovec s.p.. (v nadaljevanju \u00bbKUPALA\u00ab) dolo\u010da pravice in obveznosti uporabnikov spletne strani (v nadaljevanju \u00bbuporabnik\u00ab), pri \u010demer je pomembno to, da KUPALA spo\u0161tuje in varuje vse pridobljene osebne podatke uporabnikov skladno z veljavno zakonodajo in se zavezuje, da bodo vsi osebni podatki, pridobljeni preko ali z uporabo spletne strani, skrbno varovani ter uporabljeni izklju\u010dno za namen, za katerega so bili posredovani. Uporabnik se strinja, da sme KUPALA zbrane podatke posredovati poslovnim partnerjem, vzdr\u017eevalcem stre\u017enikov, zunanjim izvajalcem posredovanja elektronskih sporo\u010dil ter drugim kapitalsko povezanim dru\u017ebam in\/ali tretjim osebam, ki imajo v skladu z veljavnimi predpisi podlago za pridobivanje, obdelavo, posredovanje ali hranjenje osebnih podatkov v teh predpisih, osebni privolitvi uporabnika ali v pogodbenem razmerju. Ker spletna stran podjetja KUPALA uporablja in se navezuje na dolo\u010dene povezave na druge, zunanje spletne strani (v nadaljevanju \u00bbzunanje strani\u00ab), ki niso neposredno vezane na podjetje, KUPALA ne prevzema nikakr\u0161ne odgovornosti za za\u0161\u010dito podatkov na zunanjih spletnih straneh in svetuje uporabniku, da prebere Politike zasebnosti na zunanjih straneh.
